A settling CERCLA, CWA, and EPCRA defendant that discharged ammonia and other pollutants from its facility in Unalaska must pay a $1,405,250 civil penalty to the United States, must pay a $504,125 civil assessment to Alaska, and must perform the specified injunctive relief.
