The Department of Land and Natural Resources proposed amendments to regulations governing the Conservation District. The amendments would, among other things, add provisions concerning identified land uses in the special subzone and coastal hazard mitigation disclosure statement, and modify provisions concerning subzones and identified land uses and required permits.
