The Department of Environmental Quality proposed amendments to regulation governing grants for drinking water and wastewater facilities. The amendments would reduce overall regulatory burden, streamline provisions, and increase clarity and ease of use. A hearing will be held April 16, 2024. Comments are due May 1, 2024.
