The Department of Agriculture proposed to amend the state list of endangered and threatened plants. The amendments would add a subset of six plant species (Castilleja mendocinensis, Lasthenia ornduffii, Lomatium bentonitum, Penstemon hesperius, Pyrrocoma scaberula, and Rorippa columbiae) to the list.
