The Pesticide Control Board proposed to readopt, with an amendment, a rule on pesticide management. The amendment would require stationary containers of liquid pesticides with capacities of 300 gallons or greater that are protected by a secondary containment unit to be anchored or elevated to prevent flotation in the event the secondary containment unit fills with liquid.
