The Air Quality Control Commission proposed amendments to the state's greenhouse gas reporting and emission reduction requirements. The amendments would address recovered methane protocols for use in clean heat plans to help demonstrate greenhouse gas reductions by gas utilities and develop a crediting and tracking system for recovered methane.
