The Environmental Quality Board proposed amendments to Chapter 109 relating to safe drinking water. The proposed amendments would improve public health protection by setting maximum contaminant level goals and maximum contaminant levels for two per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances—perfluorooctanoic acid and perfluorooctanesulfonic acid.
