The Department of Energy & Environmental Protection proposed to adopt release reporting regulations. The new regulations would define when the discharge, spillage, uncontrolled loss, seepage, or filtration of oil or petroleum, chemical liquids, solid, liquid or gaseous products, or hazardous waste must be reported to the commissioner.
