The Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs proposed to amend its list of toxic or hazardous substances. The amendments would add 172 per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances to the Massachusetts Toxics Use Reduction Act substance list. A hearing was held November 20, 2020.
