The Utah Department of Environmental Quality proposed amendments to Utah Admin. Code r. 307-401, concerning testing requirements for new and modified sources of air pollution. The amendments would allow sources to discontinue testing after three years of operation if testing demonstrates the emissions have consistently remained below exemption levels and clarify that sub-slab vapor mitigation systems are exempt from the rule’s testing requirements.
