The Department of Energy and Environment proposed to adopt D.C. Mun. Regs. tit. 20, §762, and amend D.C. Mun. Regs. tit. 20, §799 to establish emissions standards for screen printing operations. The amendments would set volatile oganic compound limits for ink, haze removal, and screen reclamation products and allow for alternative compliance through the installation of a control device. Comments are due October 24, 2021.
