The Suwannee River Water Management District proposed to adopt Fla. Admin. Code Ann. r. 40B-8.101. The proposed adoption would implement new minimum flows and minimum water levers for the Steinhatchee River and associated priority springs to protect the area from significant harm resulting from consumptive uses of groundwater and surface water.
