The Northwest Florida Water Management District proposed to adopt Fla. Admin. Code Ann. r. 40A-8.011, -8.021, and -8.031. The proposed adoption would establish a minimum flows and minimum water levels rule chapter, and set a minimum flow for the St. Marks River Rise. A hearing will be held, if requested.
