The Air Pollution Control Board will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 9 Va. Admin. Code § 5-50, New and Modified Stationary Sources; 9VAC5-80, Permits for Stationary Source. The primary change being made to the program is to convert from a permit applicability approach for modifications that looks at the net emissions increase due to or directly resultant from the physical or operational changes from all affected units to an approach that only looks at emissions increases from new and modified emissions units.
