The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality will hold a public hearing to consider the proposal to amend Dry Cleaner Environmental Response rules §§337.3, 337.4, 337.11, 337.13, 337.14, 337.31, 337.32, and 337.51. The commission also proposes new §§337.16 - 337.18, 337.52, 337.53, and 337.64. The proposed rules would provide for more efficient administration and enforcement of Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter 374. The hearing will be held March 11, 2008.
