The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality adopted an amendment to §114.622, Diesel Emissions Reduction Incentive Program for On-Road and Non-Road Vehicles, with changes to the proposed text. The amended section will be submitted to the U.S. EPA as a revision to the SIP.
