The Grand River Dam Authority adopted changes to Okla. Admin. Code tit. 300, §§20-1-1 through 20-1-16, which governs the Grand River Dam Authority's Purchasing Unit. It now grants the general manager authority to approve change orders to contracts provided the total amount of the cumulative change orders does not exceed $50,000 and is reported to the Board of Directors at the next regularly scheduled meeting.
