The Department of Environmental Quality proposed amendments to Okla. Admin. Code §252:205-3-1 and §252:205-3-2. The proposed amendments would make the Department's hazardous waste rules consistent with federal regulations by incorporating, among other things, new EPA rules related to confidentiality determinations for hazardous waste export and import documents, and revisions to EPA's Definition of Solid Waste Rule.
