The Oklahoma Water Resources Board is proposing to amend Okla. Admin. Code §785:45 regarding water quality standards. The changes would address classifications of waterbodies, designated beneficial uses of surface water and criteria to protect those uses, and modifications to designated management areas, among other issues.
