The State Energy Research and Development Authority adopted amendments to N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. tit. 21, §508, adding a new Green Residential Buildings Program. The program provides tax incentives for the building of residences that achieve certain environmental goals, including energy efficiency and greenhouse gas emissions reduction.
