The State Environmental Commission proposed amendments to Nev. Admin. Code §§444.641 and .84555; §§445A.234, .239, .402, .67558, .67584, .675875, .67589, .67595, .67597, .67612, .738, .745, .751, .756, and .875; and §519A.185. The proposed amendments would require that public notice for certain actions relating to the environment be provided on an Internet website designed to provide general public notice and require an applicant to publish public notice in a newspaper of general circulation or on an Internet website designed to provide general public notice that has been approved by the Division of Environmental Protection of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, unless federal law requires otherwise.
