The Department of Environmental Protection adopted amendments to 310 Mass. Code Regs. 7.71, Reporting of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions. The amendments require the reporting of all GHG emissions associated with electricity sales in Massachusetts by retail sellers, provide for voluntary reporting of GHG emissions, and require verification of reported GHG emissions. http://www.mass.gov/dep/air/laws/regulati.htm#771.
