The Idaho State Soil and Water Conservation Commission proposed amendments to Idaho Admin. Code r. 60.05.01. The proposed amendments would incorporate more comprehensive and adaptable credit standards for the Resource Conservation and Rangeland Development Program, and give the Commission more flexibility to set loan limits.
