The Department of Natural Resources will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. 391-3-15, UST Management. The amendments change the definition of "operator," clarify the necessary information required from owners and operators for annual tank registration, and expand requirements for maintenance of records to include operator training and examination.
