The Department of Environmental Protection is proposing changes to 62-304.725, Southeast Coast Basin TMDLs. The purpose of the rule is to adopt nutrient TMDLs, and their allocations, for the Pompano Canal. If requested, a hearing will be held April 24, 2008.
