The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control proposed to amend 7 Del. Admin. Code §§1125 & 1130, relating to PSD permitting requirements, to incorporate U.S. EPA's greenhouse gas tailoring rule. According to the Department, there are currently no more than 20 sources that would be affected by the regulation.
