The Water Quality Control Commission adopted amendments to 5 Colo. Code Regs. §1002-22, Site Location and Design Approval Regulations for Domestic Wastewater Treatment Works. The regulations apply to construction of domestic wastewater treatment works, including wastewater treatment plants, individual sewage disposal systems, lift (pumping) stations, and certain interceptor sewers with a capacity of 2,000 gallons per day or greater, as well as certain facilities that produce reclaimed domestic wastewater. http://www.sos.state.co.us/CCR/Upload//AGORequest//AdoptedRules02009-00169.RTF.
