The Department of Environmental Conservation proposed changes to Alaska Admin. Code tit. 18 §§75 and 78, involving oil pollution prevention, financial responsibility, nontank vessel equivalent plans, and USTs. The revisions would also repeal the regulations addressing nontank vessel equivalent plans. Public comment will be accepted until 5:00 pm on October 23, 2016.
