The Department of Health and Human Services seeks comment on a draft outline for the 2022 Environmental Justice Strategy and Implementation Plan. 

DOE seeks comment regarding the implementation of grants for energy efficiency improvements and renewable energy improvements at public school facilities under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. 

EPA announced the National Environmental Justice Advisory Council's two-day virtual public meeting on Wednesday, April 20, 2022, and Thursday, April 21, 2022, from approximately 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

EPA approved Idaho's request to modify certain EPA-authorized programs to allow electronic reporting. 

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration announced it will review and process Pipeline Safety Enhancement Program requests from pipeline owners and operators to implement safety-enhancing testing programs for innovative technologies and operational practices on natural gas and hazardous liquid pipeline facilities under the Protecting our Infrastructure of Pipelines and Enhancing Safety Act of 2020.

EPA published a report on the Agency's financial assistance infrastructure programs subject to the Build America, Buy America Act provisions of the Infrastructure and Investment Jobs Act. 

EPA rescinded its March 2, 2020, final rule describing certain Agency procedures for conducting on-site civil inspections.
