EPA proposed to partially disapprove and partially approve SIP submissions from Arizona, Iowa, Kansas, New Mexico, and Tennessee regarding interstate transport for the 2015 eight-hour ozone NAAQS, and proposed a federal implementation plan for these states to address their obligations to eliminate significant contribution to nonattainment, or interference with maintenance, of the 2015 ozone NAAQS in other states. 

EPA seeks comment on its proposal to update fine particulate matter (PM) data from T640/T640X PM mass monitors. 

EPA made corrections and clarifications to the new source performance standards for electric arc furnaces and argon-oxygen decarburization vessels in the steel industry. 

EPA announced its intent to redesignate portions of Westmoreland County and Cambria County, Pennsylvania, to “nonattainment” for the 2010 sulfur dioxide NAAQS.

EPA proposed revisions to previously proposed amendments to NESHAPs for Lime Manufacturing Plants; the revisions would alter the proposed emission limits for hydrogen chloride, mercury, organic hazardous air pollutants, and dioxins/furans.
