EPA finalized amendments to the new source performance standards for the synthetic organic chemical manufacturing industry and amendments to the NESHAPs for hazardous organics and group I and II polymers and resins industries.

EPA retroactively applied the approved modification of the federal equivalent method designation for the teledyne advanced pollution instrumentation model T640 particulate matter (PM) mass monitor to all of the concentration data for PM2.5 from the T640 and T640X monitors in the EPA’s air quality system that was reported prior to the modification.

SIP Approval: Delaware (amendments to standardize public notices requirements). 

SIP Approval: New York (source-specific revision for the 2008 and 2015 ozone NAAQS for Finch Paper LLC).  

SIP Proposal: Florida (removal of obsolete, duplicative, or unnecessary rules from general provisions). 

EPA amended requirements that apply to the petroleum and natural gas systems source category of the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule.
