The Department of Environmental Management proposed amendments to regulations governing new source performance standards (NSPS). The amendments would incorporate by reference EPA changes to the NSPS, allowing EPA to delegate administrative enforcement of the regulations to the Department. A hearing will be held June 10, 2024. Comments are due June 12, 2024.
