FERC amended its regulations governing the safety of hydroelectric projects licensed by the Commission under the Federal Power Act.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration proposed revisions to the corporate average fuel economy standards for passenger cars and light trucks for model years 2024-2026 in the Safer Affordable Fuel-Efficient (SAFE) Vehicles Rule for Model Years 2021-2026 Passenger Cars and Light Trucks.
