Order No. 14037, Strengthening American Leadership in Clean Cars and Trucks, calling for new rulemakings to promote clean and efficient cars and trucks in the United States and setting a goal that 50% of all new passenger cars and light trucks sold in 2030 be zero emission vehicles.
