Arizona: Water

The Department of Environmental Quality proposed amendments to regulations governing the public water system compliance assistance program. The amendments would revise the master priority list scoring criteria by adjusting scoring criteria for factors like activity date, EPA's enforcement targeting tool, maximum contaminant level violations, and operation and maintenance violations, as well as introducing a monitoring assistance program score and a technical, managerial, and financial score. A hearing will be held June 10, 2024. Comments are due the same date.
