United States v. Sewer Authority of Scranton, No. 3:09-cv-1872 (M.D. Pa. Oct. 27, 2016). A prior consent decree that required a settling CWA defendant to implement a long-term control plan to address sewer overflows at its municipal wastewater treatment plant and collection system by December 1, 2037, was proposed for modification so that all remaining obligations under the decree would be assumed by another entity that intends to purchase the site.

FWS added three foreign coral species, the dusky sea snake, the Banggai cardinalfish, the Tanzanian distinct population segment of African coelacanth, the Nassau grouper, and three angelshark species to the list of endangered and threatened wildlife; the agency also updated entries for Puget Sound-Georgia Basin canary rockfish, Puget-Sound-Georgia yelloweye rockfish, lower Columbia River coho salmon, and Puget-Sound steelhead to reflect critical habitat designation and updated the entry for the North Atlantic right whale.
