The bill would approve the National Flood Insurance Program Administrative Reform Act of 2017.

The bill would amend the Federal Power Act with respect to the criteria and process to qualify as a qualifying conduit hydropower facility. 

The bill would require the use of replacement cost value in determining the premium rates for flood insurance coverage under the National Flood Insurance Act.

The bill would make appropriations for energy and water development. 

The bill would amend the Marine Debris Act to promote international action to reduce marine debris. 

The bill would approve the National Flood Insurance Program Policyholder Protection Act of 2017. 

The bill would establish the Clear Creek National Recreation Area in San Benito and Fresno Counties, California.
