The bill would provide for consideration of bill H.R. 1119, which would establish the bases by which the Administrator of EPA shall issue, implement, and enforce certain emission limitations and allocations for existing electric utility steam generating units that convert coal refuse into energy, as well as bill H.R.
The bill would redesignate the White Clouds Wilderness in the Sawtooth and Challis National Forests in the state of Idaho as the Cecil D. Andrus-White Clouds Wilderness in honor of former Idaho Governor and Secretary of the Interior Cecil D. Andrus.
The bill would update the map of, and modify the maximum acreage available for inclusion in, the Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument.
