The proposed revisions would allow for higher sulfur content fuels to be used in fuel burning equipment in Idaho as long as the resulting emissions are at levels equal to or lower than those provided for in the existing rules. The Pesticide Review Board has adopted 357 Ind. Admin. Code 1-13, Open Burning of Pesticide Containers; and 357 Ind. Admin. Code 1-14, Use of Pesticide Service Containers.
