The Department of Environmental Quality proposed amendments to regulations governing on-site wastewater systems. The revisions would incorporate up-to-date industry equipment, standards, and practices, as well as establish definitions and provisions for design, installation, construction, operation, and maintenance of membrane bioreactor alternative on-site wastewater systems.
