An EPA administrative law judge ordered a leather processor/supplier to pay $48,000 for RCRA violations at its facility in Hartland, Maine. The judge also ordered the processor/supplier to provide annual hazardous waste training to all employees at the facility with hazardous waste management responsibilities.
