An EPA administrative law judge ordered a medical center in Puerto Rico to pay $20,000 for failing to make a hazardous waste determination for discarded medicines generated at the pharmacy area, waste accumulation at the biosafety warehouse area, and waste accumulated at the boiler room area, in violation of RCRA.
