An EPA administrative law judge ordered a laboratory to pay $27,000 for violating §§3002 and 3005 of RCRA at its facility in Augusta, Maine. The judge also ordered the laboratory to complete a supplemental environmental project by January 2, 2017, submit a SEP Completion Report, and submit quarterly SEP progress reports within 90 and 180 days.
