would provide for congressional disapproval under Chapter 8 of Title 5, U.S. Code, of the rule submitted by EPA relating to “Reconsideration of the National Ambient Air Quality Standards for Particulate Matter.”

would amend the Geothermal Steam Act of 1970 to promote timely exploration for geothermal resources under geothermal leases.

would amend Title 23, U.S. Code, with respect to the highway safety improvement program.

would reauthorize the Morris K. Udall and Stewart L. Udall Trust Fund.

would provide that funds made available under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act for lead service line replacement projects be provided to disadvantaged communities in the form of forgivable loans or grants.

would include phosphate and potash on DOI’s final list of critical minerals.

would call upon the International Seabed Authority to adopt regulations allowing the collection of critical minerals from the international seabed area, which will enable America to regain reliable and responsible supply chains, provide high-wage jobs for U.S. citizens, and secure supply chains away from the People's Republic of China's dominance of the critical mineral supply chain.

would clarify that noncommercial species found entirely within the borders of a single state are not in interstate commerce or subject to regulation under the ESA or any other provision of law enacted as an exercise of the power of Congress to regulate interstate commerce.

would amend the ESA to exclude certain populations of lake sturgeon from the authority of the Act.

would amend the Animal Welfare Act to strengthen enforcement with respect to violations of the Act.
