would modify operations of NOAA's National Water Center.

would amend the SWDA to provide the owner or operator of a critical energy resource facility an interim permit under Subtitle C that is subject to final approval by the Administrator of EPA.

would prohibit the procurement of certain items containing perfluorooctane sulfonate or perfluorooctanoic acid and prioritize the procurement of products not containing PFAS.

would direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services and the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide assistance for individuals affected by exposure to Agent Orange.
