would establish the San Juan Islands National Conservation Area in the San Juan Islands, Washington.

would require an accounting for financial support made to promote the production or use of renewable energy.

would authorize the use of certain offshore oil and gas platforms in the Gulf of Mexico for artificial reefs.

would prohibit the further extension or establishment of national monuments in the state of Nevada except by express authorization of Congress.

would amend the National Wildlife Refuge System Administration Act of 1966 to require that any new national wildlife refuge may not be established except as expressly authorized by statute.
