would amend SMCRA to clarify that uncertified states and Native American tribes have the authority to use certain payments for certain noncoal reclamation projects and acid mine remediation programs, was passed by the Senate.

would provide for the conveyance of certain parcels of land to the town of Alta, Utah, was passed by the Senate.

would provide for the conveyance of certain parcels of land to the town of Mantua, Utah, was passed by the Senate.
