would amend the Cooperative Forestry Assistance Act of 1978 to authorize states to approve certain organizations to acquire, hold, and manage conservation easements under the Forest Legacy Program.

would extend federal recognition to the Cheroenhaka (Nottoway) Indian Tribe of Virginia.

would provide for certain requirements of the Surface Transportation Board and any state, political subdivision, or qualified private organization requesting interim recreational use of an abandoned railway right-of-way.

would amend the John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act to extend the Every Kid Outdoors program.

would require the Administrator of EPA to collect, calculate, and publish information regarding emissions of carbon dioxide and methane outside the boundaries of the United States that are associated with exports of fossil fuels.
