would authorize the Secretary of the Interior to issue permits for a microhydro project in nonwilderness areas within the Denali National Park and Preserve, and to acquire land for Denali National Park and Preserve from Doyon Tourism, Inc.

would resolve the claims of the Bering Straits Native Corporation and the state of Alaska to land adjacent to Salmon Lake in the state of Alaska and provide for the conveyance of certain other public land to the Bering Straits Native Corporation under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act.

would authorize the Secretary of the Interior to issue right-of-way permits for a natural gas transmission pipeline in nonwilderness areas within the Denali National Park.

would direct the Secretary of the Interior to carry out a study to determine the suitability and feasibility of establishing Camp Hale as a unit of the National Park System.

would provide for the exchange of certain land located in the Arapaho-Roosevelt National Forests in the state of Colorado.

would amend title 49, U.S. Code, to provide for enhanced safety and environmental protection in pipeline transportation and for enhanced reliability in the transportation of the nation's energy products by pipeline.

would require the Secretary of Agriculture to enter into a property conveyance with the city of Wallowa, Oregon.

would direct the Secretary of the Interior to convey certain federal land to Deschutes County, Oregon.

would add certain land to the National Wilderness Preservation System, release certain wilderness study areas, and designate new areas for recreation.

would authorize the acquisition of core battlefield land at Champion Hill, Port Gibson, and Raymond for addition to Vicksburg National Military Park.
