would amend the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 to improve United States-Israel energy cooperation.

would designate the Civil War Defenses of Washington National Historical Park, comprised of certain National Park System lands and other historically significant resources located in the District of Columbia, Virginia, and Maryland.

would authorize the Secretary of the Army to carry out certain activities to prevent the interbasin transfer of aquatic invasive species between the Great Lakes and Mississippi River.

would improve the control and management of invasive species that threaten and harm federal lands under the jurisdiction of the Secretary of Agriculture and the Secretary of the Interior.

would provide for wildfire suppression operations.

would amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow individuals a deduction for amounts contributed to disaster savings accounts to help defray the cost of preparing their homes to withstand a disaster and to repair or replace property damaged or destroyed in a disaster.

would supplement the Secretary of the Army's existing authorities to review the operations of reservoirs.
